Frequently asked questions
Will someone attend or take my interview for me?
No. We coach and prepare you; we never attend, join, or complete an interview or assessment on a candidate's behalf. Doing so is fraud against the employer and, for candidates on US work authorization, carries serious immigration consequences. We decline these requests and will not make exceptions.
Who conducts the mock interviews?
Working engineers who have interviewed candidates on real hiring panels, matched to the type of company you are targeting.
How many mock interviews do I need?
Most candidates see meaningful improvement after four to six sessions. The first establishes a baseline; improvement usually comes from repetition plus acting on specific feedback.
Do you cover system design for junior roles?
Yes, scaled appropriately. New-grad loops typically include a lighter design discussion, and we prepare you for that rather than drilling distributed-systems depth you will not be asked about.
Can you help with behavioral interviews?
Yes, and it is often the highest-leverage area. We build a set of structured stories from your actual experience and rehearse delivery until it sounds natural rather than memorized.
